In this sense, the consortium participated actively in DonostiaWeekInn Innovation Week, an initiative promoted by the municipalcorporation, Fomento San Sebastián, consisting of a juicy programme of activities reflecting the city’s innovative ecosystem.

In this year’s edition held from 21 to 31 October, IK4 was present at the BerrikuntzaGerturatuz cycle, where some thirty technological centres and companies shared their experiences with youth and schoolchildren from different educational centres.

Visits, experimental laboratory sessions, informative talks and social entrepreneurship workshops enabled the participants – a total of 1,400 students from different city schools and training centres – to get better acquainted with what scientific, technical and research career courses consisted of.

Specifically, the students visited the laboratories of the Alliance’s technological centres and participated in talks and workshops, where members of the entity’s research team sought to transmit the passion for science.

Every year, IK4 undertakes an intense activity in the field of training, holding on to highly specialised professional profiles to guarantee technological innovation in industry.
