How to change your personal information on Facebook

First of all, you have to enter the page where you will have to change your name. You can do it on the main Facebook page by entering your username and password.

After accessing your profile, go to "Settings".tapping the arrow to the right of the quick help icon.

Going to this section will open a page in front of you where you can edit the general information.

Look at the first line where your name appears. On the right side is the button "Edit".You can modify your personal data by clicking on it.

Now you can change your first and last name. You can also add a middle name if necessary. You can also add a version in your language or add nicknames. This option is, for example, a nickname that your friends call you by. After editing, press the button "Verify changes."after which a new window will appear asking you to confirm the action.

If all the data has been entered correctly and you are satisfied with it, just enter your password in the required field to confirm the end of the edit. Click the button «Save changes».and then the name correction procedure is completed.

When editing personal information, please also note that once you change it, you will not be able to repeat this procedure for two months. Therefore, fill in the fields carefully so as not to accidentally make a mistake.
