  1. After launching the installed app, select "Registration".
  2. Enter a valid date of birth and email address in the box that appears.
  3. Wait for the official email to be sent to the indicated email address and activate your account using the corresponding button.
  4. This will take you to the official website in your browser.
  5. Now you have to come up with a strong password (respecting upper and lower case, numeric and alphabetic characters).
  6. Registration is complete. The only thing left is to log in through the corresponding application element.

In some cases you may not need to create an account. For example, if you received an invitation to a video conference with a linked URL and password to log in. However, it is not possible to create a Zoom conference on your phone and PC without an active account.


Start a video conference

The procedure is the next:

  1. Click on the “New Conference” tab.
  2. You will be taken to the configuration menu, where you will need to designate a password to enter the conference room, a URL to access the conversation, a unique identifier and some other parameters.
  3. Once you have configured all the necessary parameters, the video conference will start.

Add new users

There are several ways to do it:

1 Option:

  1. Provide the ID and password to certain participants in the way you want (by sending it by mail, to a mobile phone number or in a private conversation through communication in another messenger).
  2. Wait for the necessary group of people to connect and come together to start the conversation.

2 Option:

  1. Click on the “Participants” tab.
  2. Select "Invite."
  3. Select "Copy URL".
  4. The invitation link will be copied to the clipboard. It remains only to pass it on to the appropriate participants (by sending it through other messengers, by sms to a phone number, to an email address) and in many other ways as desired.
  5. Now wait for all the participants invited to the conference to connect.

The basic rate has limitations. For example, the free Zoom conference time does not exceed 40 minutes and the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100 people.
